I must have had 3/4 of your workforce at my home over the past two days -- and I can't tell you how reassuring it was to have such professional workers after my horrible Sunday! You should be called TLC instead of TTC.
I have some JPEGs that show what an incredible job they did on my new furnace. It's gorgeous…I wish I had thought to shoot the old one for comparison's sake before it was removed. Heck, I'd have loved to shoot it with ammunition. Scott asked me to send them to you and he can point out some of the repairs to the existing ducts etc.

I want to thank you for honoring the warranty on my Ductless Air Conditioning unit that was Installed last August, 2008 by Aspen Heating & Cooling.
After several visits and hours of investigation, your technician Scott was finally able to diagnose the leak and to repair it on Wed Sept 3.
Through it all, Scott was polite, careful, neat and respectful in every way. He is a great asset to your company because he represents you very well. He kept me informed as I asked questions and kept a positive attitude that we would resolve the problem.
I also appreciate the help from Marcy in the office who was always very helpful when I've called to request service. I am hopeful that the problem is resolved and the unit will give me years of good service.

We would like to thank you and your crew for the install of our Carrier Infinity System. The high temperatures of the past three days have been a true test! The decision to go forward with the install was big one for us, but we definately have NO buyers remorse.
We would like to thank Mark for coming up with a solution when our original equipment was delayed indefinately. His knowedge base and prompt courteousness relieved any doubts we had and showed us what a professional organization you run. The rest of your staff that worked on the project were also knowledgable and polite, they kept us informed of the process every step of the way. Working under the extreme conditions (heat and humidty) they deserve a lot of credit, you should be proud of the professional crew you have.
On a more personal note, your son John Anthony, is a fine young man who represents Total Temperature Control and your family in an outstanding way. You and your wife Amele should be very proud.

Just wanted to drop you folks a note about the install that I had Total Temp. Control today. AWESOME!!!!!!! The plumber "Artie" introduced himself to me as he entered my house and he was very polite and professional throughout the whole install!! As he entered my home he immediately put on some "Plastic" shoe covers to minimize wet snow coming in and each and every time he left to go into his truck he made sure that he had these items on his feet prior to entering my house. He certainly is a ASSET to your team at Total Temp Control!!! Once again thank you Brianna, Artie, Steven, Amele and John. I will certainly "Spread" the word about how happy I am and I will definitely let anybody who is need of the services you provide that they would have a "Great experience" with Total Temp Control.

To reiterate what I just told John by phone, I was absolutely delighted by the professionalism and friendliness of Dave and Keith with a complicated and lengthy boiler installation. They arrived on the dot of 7:30, as arranged and worked through virtually without stop until the job was completed, at 12:00 that night. No complaints, no impatience, just steady and knowledgeable work.

I thank Total Temperature Control for prompt, expert service. I commend Mary and Marcie for courtesy and understanding. Technician Stephen D. deserves highest recognition for devotion and attention to detail.
On December 18, 2008 he responded promptly to determining the cause of no heat. Coming up to my apartment he assured me a senior citizen, he would not leave until all the heat would come up to my apartment.
After several hours inspecting numerous wires in the boiler room of the building, Stephen was able to fix the right wire that sent the heat to my apartment.
We recommended that the maintenance company of the building be charged for his hours of service and parts to the building. I had previously paid them for service and parts in my apartment.
Again thanks to Total Temperature Control for reassuring my peace of mind.

Just a note to tell you how pleased we were with the performance of your installation team Fri 11/7, as they put in place a new heating/cooling system in our condo, in Cambridge. They wasted no time, worked together very well, were kind enough to explain to us what they were doing, had a great attitude ("If it was easy, anybody could do it"), and remarkably did not utter a single 4 letter word (at least that we heard). Brian seemed a master of all trades, especially the sheet metal work. He was very ably assisted by Matt, Paul, Keith, and Mike the crane guy. And we were glad you stopped by.
Due to unseasonably warm weather we have not yet tested the performance of our new heat pump, but were delighted at the quality of the work performed by you and your men. Please extend our thanks to everyone for us.

I just had 2 new boilers and 2 Rinnai tankless water heaters installed. From Steve and his crew to Jack and Tom one word can describe your staff: Outstanding!! That includes Marcie of your office staff as well. All are courteous, attentive and very efficient.
As a Disabled Veteran, I use your company for all my plumbing, heating and AC needs. Jonathan has even installed an ADA toilet, new bathroom faucet and a kitchen disposal for me. From simple to complex everyone is great to work with and they all treat my home with the utmost of care.
