		Dear Ken -- I must have had 3/4 of your workforce at my home over the past two days -- and I can't tell you how reassuring it was to have such professional workers after my horrible Sunday! You should be called TLC instead of TTC. I have some JPEGs that show what an incredible job they did on my new furnace. It's gorgeous…I wish I had thought to shoot the old one for comparison's sake before it was removed. Heck, I'd have loved to shoot it with ammunition. 	We would like to thank you and your crew for the install of our Carrier Infinity System. The high temperatures of the past three days have been a true test! The decision to go forward with the install was big one for us, but we definately have NO buyers remorse. We would like to thank Mark for coming up with a solution when our original equipment was delayed indefinately. His knowedge base and prompt courteousness relieved any doubts we had and showed us what a professional organization you run. The rest of your staff that worked on the project were also knowledgable and polite, they kept us informed of the process every step of the way. Working under the extreme conditions (heat and humidty) they deserve a lot of credit, you should be proud of the professional crew you have. The plumber "Artie" introduced himself to me as he entered my house and he was very polite and professional throughout the whole install!! On December 18, 2008 he responded promptly to determining the cause of no heat. Coming up to my apartment he assured me a senior citizen, he would not leave until all the heat would come up to my apartment. After several hours inspecting numerous wires in the boiler room of the building, Stephen was able to fix the right wire that sent the heat to my apartment. We recommended that the maintenance company of the building be charged for his hours of service and parts to the building. I had previously paid them for service and parts in my apartment.
